  • How do I place an order?

You can place an order by visiting www.saiorganics.sg. We are constantly trying to improve the user experience for customers to place an order through the comforts of their home, workplace or on the move.


  • What is the delivery lead-time?

Once we have received your order along with the payment, we will process your order and it will be shipped to you within 48 hours. If the order is place on the weekend, then it will be within 48 hours from the start of the working week.

  • Can I self-pick up?

Our warehouse is in Woodlands Av 12. We request you to highlight this at the time of placing the order. Request the payment to be done via Credit card or PayLah at the time of placing the order online. Please note that the order will be processed only after the payment has been made.

  • Return and Refund.

At Sai Organics, we ensure the goods that are sold / dispatched are of high quality and are free of any defects. However, on a case to case basis, customers can exchange products within 5 days from the date of purchase, only if the goods purchased are found to be defective.

Refund will be in the form of exchange to other products of equivalent value.
